CES Presents a 2-Day Conference:  

Special Education Law - How To Apply It Effectively and Avoid Litigation

CES presents this 2-Day conference. Attend just one day or both days! 

Day 1:

           * Developing effective transition plans; graduation and requirements. Presentation by Dr. Juan Portley, currently with Northeast Regional Education Cooperative as an Education Specialist.

           * SAT/RTI; Documentation Process. Presentation by Dr. Sheila Hyde,  currently a Consultant for Collaborative Solutions, and former PED Deputy Secretary for Instruction and Accountability.    

Day 2:

            * MDR, Discipline, Eligibility, Hearings, IEPs, BIPs, FBA. Presentation by Sherry Jones, former Director for Special Education, APS.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided both days.

Registration/Breakfast will be 7:30am-8:30am. Presentations from 8:30am-3:30pm.
