You've heard of bootcamps where you immerse yourself in changing the way your body looks. beautiful you BLAST is all about immersing yourself in changing the way you see. They say it takes 21 days to create a habit. In beautiful you BLAST, we're creating a habit of self-acceptance. Each Friday, we'll explore & exercise self-acceptance together with guided discussions, reflection, and activities.  Weekly, we'll build our habit with exercises and guidance from Beautiful You.  Too often, we think we'll finally be happy when we change our bodies. beautiful you BLAST will show you how changing your mind is really the root of happiness.
