LCCC Alumni Bus Trip to Gettysburg 

Join us on this bus trip to see the historic sights in Gettysburg PA!

The bus(es) will depart LCCC at 7am for Gettysburg which is approximately a 2.5 hour drive. 

Once in town we will visit the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum where you will see the Gettysburg film, Cyclorama and tour the Museum. You can bring a bagged lunch and eat in their picnic area or have lunch at the Refreshment Saloon or the Battlegrounds Cafe.

Next up we will take a two-hour Licensed Battlefield Guided Tour and for an interactive tour from a trained battlefield professional.

Before heading home we will make a stop at General Pickett's Buffet located in Gettysburg for an optional group dinner. The buffet features homemade soups, freshly baked bread, appetizers, salad bar, carved meats, fish, bar-b-q pork, baked chicken, spicy seafood creole, rice, potatoes, pastas, vegetables and a dessert buffet plus beverage.
If you would like to join the group, dinner will be "on your own" and is not included in the registration fee. Adult dinner rate is $15/person and a children's rate is available. You must RSVP for the dinner to the alumni office by August 29th so we can coordinate with the restaurant.

There are other eateries in the area within a short walking distance including Friendly's, KFC and McDonald's.

LCCC Alumni Bus Trip Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued to anyone who cancels less than 2 weeks prior to the event (August 30, 2018) or is
a “no show.”  In the event that there is a waiting list you may receive a refund if the seat is able to be filled.  Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration in extreme situations.

All guests are requested to be at the bus pick up /departure locations no later than 15 minutes prior to leaving
so we can leave promptly.  If you are late we are not able to wait so that we are able to stay on schedule. 

Any cancellations must be in writing by the person who made the reservations and are not effective until received by the LCCC Alumni office.

If a trip is cancelled by the LCCC Alumni Association for any reason, your money will be completely
refunded.
