2015 Flea Market & Collectible Show 

The members of the Luzerne County Community College Alumni Association will host our 17th annual Flea Market and Collectibles Show on Saturday, May 2, 2015. The event will be from 8 – 2 pm on our Nanticoke campus in parking lots D & E near our Prospect Street entrance.

We invite you to participate as a vendor this year.  As you can see on the attached registration form there are a number of space sizes that you can rent.  Please note that if you plan to park in your space and have a vehicle that is longer than 17 feet, you are required to rent the larger space so that you do not encroach on your neighbor’s space. Food vendors are encouraged to participate and their cost is $100 to set up. All vendors must provide their own tables, chairs and electricity, if needed. 

The LCCC Alumni Association will again have a table with a variety of donated items for sale as well as a theme basket auction and a 50/50 raffle.  Please mark your calendar, auctioneers from Auctions by Marva will conduct an auction on Monday, May 4 at 4pm in the Educational Conference Center. A volunteer will be around to see if you have any items that you would like to donate to the auction. 

Please note the following important rules:
  • Refunds will NOT be given to no-shows or those canceling less than two weeks before the show (April 18, 2014).
  • Registration forms received after April 24, 2015 or the morning of the show must include a $5 late processing fee in their registration payment. There is a $25 LATE fee for food vendors who register after this date.
  • We ask that you respect the hours of the show (8 am – 2 pm) and remain set up for the duration of the event.
  • The College entrance gates will open at 6:30 am the day of the show.  Vendors will not be admitted prior to this time. Please be respectful and patient with our VOLUNTEERS who will assist you with parking your vehicle when you arrive.
  • There is NO rain date for this event.  So the show goes on, rain or shine!
  • All vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, electrical supply and removing all unsold items
    from the LCCC campus. 
  • We will honor the rules of direct sales companies (i.e. one Scentsy representative per show etc.) It is your responsibility to
     notify us if the company that you will be representing has these rules in place.
  • Food Vendors: All vendors must submit a valid “Certificate of Insurance” naming LCCC as the insured for the day of the event and a copy of their SafeServe certification in advance of the show.  You must also have a SafeServe certified representative present at the show. Food vendors ($100) ONLY are allowed to set up on Friday afternoon after 3 pm. Please notify the alumni office if you plan to take advantage of this option.
