2nd Annual Palma Cup Golf Championship & Education Seminar - October 3, 2014.

    

Please join us on October 3, 2014 for the 2nd Annual Palma Cup Golf Championship & Education Seminar at the Indian Pond Golf Club in Kingston, MA!  Create your own foursome or just register yourself and we will find a group for you. 

Breakfast, lunch, buffet dinner, a round of golf w/cart, 2 hours of Continuing Education Credits (CEs) and a personal gift are all included in a registration fee of $245.00 per player.  This event will be played rain or shine and it will not be rescheduled.

Lecture details:

There will be a presentation for dentists and dental professionals by           Dr. Britton Hollis from Pembroke, Massachusetts from 7,30 am to 9,30 am.  The topic will be "Making CAD/CAM Dentistry a Part of Your Routine."  All participants willl receive 2 hours of Continuing Education Credits (2 CEs) for attending this lecture.  Additional speaker and lecture information & details can be viewed www.palmadentallaboratory.com.

Golf details:

• 10 am Shotgun Start.
• Each player will play his/her ball throughout the round.
• Golf handicaps will be accepted at 80% of value.
• Stableford Scoring System will be used.
• Cash prizes for Top 5 Overall Invidual and Top 3 Overall Group scores.
• Group scores will be the sum of all players' total scores for each foursome.
• Trophies will be awarded to the Dental Division Champion, the Exhibitor Division Champion, the Friends Division Champion and the Group Champions.
• A $10,000 Hole in One Opportunity.
• Longest Drive Contest.
• Closest To The Pin Contests.
• Other contests or prizes might be added.
• In case of a tie upon a completion of a round, a two hole playoff will follow.  The Tournament Director will provide all of the rules and details.
• The decisions of the Tournament Director are final.

Registration Information:

You can register for this event by clicking the button below.  Golf slots are limited and will be reserved on first come, first serve basis.  Online registration will close on September 14th, 2014 or once all of  the available player slots have been reserved through the registration process below, which ever comes first.  All player slots will be secured and reserved only after the registration process is completed and a payment has been received by PDL.  Verbal commitments do not guarantee a player spot.  You will receive a confirmation email once you have completed all the steps.
