2024 WVACDA Junior High-Middle School STUDENT  REGISTRATION

TEACHERS/DIRECTORS - Please register yourself separately  under the conference heading on WVACDA.org

Pay online or by mail. See form for mailing address for payment by check.

You must also mail the Medical Release Form by December 16, 2023. The form can be found at WVACDA.org. Be sure to mail this form to the address on the form! 

Register your student singers for the 2024 WVACDA Junior High/Middle School Honor Choir here. Be sure to include: student's name as it should appear on the program and the student's voice part.

Note: be sure to complete the shirt section as  well - singers' shirts are included in their participants' fee but must be ordered with this form!
