Resolution of Special Education  Disputes

This presentation will examine the dispute resolution options for children with exceptionalities, and identify some of the most common/frequent dispute issues.  These options generally lead to better outcomes and relationships between parents and educators, save time, are more cost effective, and require fewer human resources than a due process hearing and/or litigation.
