22nd National Symposium on Juvenile Services EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

The 22nd National Symposium on Juvenile Services will be held at The Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel in Denver, CO. The National Symposium is a unique forum that brings together the leadership and direct care professionals from the juvenile detention and correctional services field. In conjunction with the 22nd National Symposium, an Exhibit Showcase will be conducted October 30 - November 2, 2016. 

All areas of juvenile justice will be represented at the National Symposium including directors, facility administrators, supervisors, trainers, educators and line staff at the federal, state and local levels. As a unique marketplace for the latest products, services and technologies, the 22nd National Symposium Exhibit Showcase is the perfect venue for vendors to share the most current and vital information available with attendees. The Exhibit Showcase will provide vendors the opportunity to maximize your exposure at a minimal cost, introduce new products and meet face to face with key decision makers.

EXHIBIT LOCATION 
The Exhibit Showcase will be held at The Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel located at 3801 Quebec Street, Denver, CO  80207. Phone: 303-336-5337.

SPECIFICATIONS 
Each exhibit space includes one 6' draped table and two chairs.

Charges will apply for additional items such as electricity, equipment, etc. All items should be ordered direct from the The Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel. Exhibit spaces are selected on-site, on a first-come, first-served basis. 

SET-UP AND SECURITY 
Exhibitors may set up displays between the hours of 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm on Sunday, October 30, 2016. Viewing will begin at 7:30 am Monday morning. 

While we do not anticipate any problems, we do ask that you take precautions with your exhibits and equipment. If you choose to leave equipment or materials at your exhibit, you do so at your own risk. Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees that the National Partnership for Juvenile Services will not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 

HOTEL RESERVATIONS 
The Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel will host all activities for the 22nd National Symposium on Juvenile Services. A discount lodging rate of $159 (plus tax) is available for Symposium attendees. REGISTRATION 
All registration materials and identification badges must be obtained at the Symposium Registration Desk. Each exhibiting organization/ company is allotted one complimentary standard symposium registration which permits entrance to all workshops, receptions, general sessions and luncheon. Complimentary name badges permitting access to exhibit hall only are available for additional company personnel. 

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EXHIBITOR 
Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend the National Partnership for Juvenile Services and The Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises. 

The Exhibitor understands that neither the National Partnership for Juvenile Services nor The Renaissance Denver Hotel maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. 

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT 
All booth selections will be made at the symposium on a first-come, first-served basis. An exhibit floor plan will be available at www.npjs.org closer to the event. 

SHIPPING 
All exhibit materials or products may be shipped directly to the The Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel via UPS, FedEx, or other commercial shipping services. Items may be assessed handling charges by the Hotel.

SHIPPING ITEMS TO THE DENVER RENAISSANCE HOTEL:

  1. Items can arrive 3-5 days before your event. 
  2. The Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel charges $50 per palette, $5 per case, and $4 for a box/envelope.

  4. PLEASE MAKE NOTE:  UPS is an option, but not recommended; we instead recommend FedEx, as UPS does not have a regularly scheduled pick up with the hotel, and we cannot assure when items will depart. Note: Our elevator doors allow 41” and can carry 6000 lbs.; room doors allow 31”

  6. Items can also be sent out via FedEx. We will be happy to pick up any boxes from your meeting or guestroom that have already been labeled with a FedEx Accounting number or Billing information. You can dial “0” to arrange pickup.

RAFFLES AND PRIZE GIVE-AWAYS
Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in raffles and prize give-aways to generate excitement and Exhibit Showcase attendance. Prizes will be awarded each day in the exhibit hall. PROGRAM LISTING/ADVERTISEMENT 
Exhibitors who have returned their contracts by September 15, 2016 will be listed in the Symposium Program Book. Exhibitors are also encouraged to purchase advertisement space in the Symposium Program. A Program Advertisement can lead attendees directly to your display! Discount rates are available for exhibitors.

RESERVING ADVERTISEMENT SPACE
All advertisement contracts along with a PDF format ad must be received by September 15, 2016 for publication in the Symposium Program. Advertising fees are not refundable.
