Empowered To Connect Live Simulcast! 

AGAPE of North Alabama is hosting the Empowered To Connect live simulcast, a two-day conference designed to help foster and adoptive parents, church and ministry leaders, and professionals better understand how to connect with "children from hard places" in order for them to heal and become all that God desires for them to be. 

The conference features leading child psychologist and author, Dr. Karyn Purvis, together with Michael and Amy Monroe, and is ideal for:

• Foster and adoptive parents
• Those considering foster care or adoption
• Social workers
• Agency professionals
• Church staff and ministry leaders
• Counselors
• Therapists
• Others in supporting roles

Both days begin at 9am and the last session ends at 5pm with a break for lunch. Registration is $20 per couple and includes a conference workbook, 11 CEUs (approved by NASW), as well as light snacks during breaks throughout the two-day event.
