To post an available position on the AIA Kansas job board, simply complete the following application. Your listing will be posted within 2 business days.  Please review all of the information carefully.  Your ad will be live for two weeks from the date it is posted.

 

Terms and Agreement

 The American Institute of Architects Kansas Job Postings is a venue for employers to post job opportunities and for prospective applicants to view them. AIA Kansas does not screen the listings offered to determine the quality, safety, or legality of the jobs or résumés posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to applicants. AIA Kansas is not involved in any actual transaction between employers and applicants.

  • Users of the AIA Kansas Job Postings should be aware that there are risks including, but not limited to, dealing with individuals or entities acting under false pretenses. Users assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom they come in contact through this site.
  • The Company shall be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness and removal of any employment requirements that are placed on The AIA Kansas Job Postings.
  • The Company shall present only genuine, existing employment requirements with the Company on The AIA Kansas Job Postings.
  • A single firm may post up to five openings within that firm. The AIA Kansas Job Postings may not be used as bridge to other job boards or other rosters of openings. Listing multiple jobs in a single advertisement or posting for a cross— section of clients are not allowed.
  • AIA Kansas assumes no responsibility or liability for any personnel selected by the Company, and the Company represents that any selection, retention or hire of any individual or entity is based solely on the Company's investigation, verification and determination that such hire is suitable for the Company's purposes.
  • The Company agrees to indemnify and save the AIA, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and the AIA’s members, directors, officers, employees and agents (together with those of its affiliates and subsidiaries) harmless from and against any and all claims, loss, damage, injury and liability, however caused, together with all costs, expenses and attorney's fees in connection therewith resulting from, arising out of or in any way connected with this Agreement or the Company’s use of The AIA Kansas Job Postings.
  • The AIA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any job posting(s) if an arrangement for the billing process has not been met within a 24—hour period of posting, or for any other reason as determined by the AIA.
  • AIA Kansas reserves the right to edit all employment advertisements, but will make reasonable efforts to review any such edited advertisements with the Company prior to publication.
  • No advertisement submitted by the Company shall reflect, imply or contribute to any discriminatory actions, practices or improper bias. AIA Kansas, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to edit any advertisement to remove any such offending language or implication.
  • The Company shall take sole responsibility to ensure that the content of its advertising is true and accurate and conforms to all applicable laws, standards and regulations, and the Company represents and warrants to AIA Kansas that it has all necessary authorization for the placement of the entire content of its advertising within the AIA Kansas Job Postings site. AIA Kansas may, however, decline any advertising or discontinue further publication of any advertising, at any time and for any reason, and shall not be liable in any manner as a result of such action, except to refund a prorated portion of any unused prepaid subscription.

 Government Policy

I understand that the following types of postings are forbidden by law:

  • Any posting that requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residence in the U.S. as a condition of employment, unless otherwise required in order to comply with law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.
  • Any job requirement or criterion in connection with a job posting that discriminates on the basis of citizenship status or national origin.
