Chocolate Tasting with Le Grand Confectionary
In this 1.5 hour class, attendees will learn about the history of chocolate, where it is grown, and the process for making chocolate. Additionally, attendees will learn the technique of tasting white, milk, and dark chocolates and finding the unique flavor notes for each type.
