We've come a long way, baby!

Remember 1987? The U.S. Congress established Women's History Month. Two decades after she'd made it a hit, Aretha Franklin was still teaching the world how to spell R.E.S.P.E.C.T.  And in Portland, Oregon, a group of professional woment tired of being excluded from civic and business action decided they needed a club to call their own.

Much has changed in the world since then, but Portlandia Club members continue to connect, collaborate and contribute in our community.  Come help us celebrate Portlandia's 25th birthday!  Among the highlights:

• A great chance to renew aquaintance, make new friends and party
• A program of tribute and inspiration emceed by Shirley Hancock
• Flashback music from the 1980s onward
