Not unlike the “Walking Dead” many First Responders are fearful of being bitten by the dreaded Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Additionally, if you have suffered from previous trauma, lived or worked in ambient chaos, have anger against your organization, are not intentionally preparing yourself for difficult calls and ongoing stress, you will be more vulnerable.
This workshop invites First Responders to personally become
more “TYPE A” about self-care.
Give yourself permission to reframe your perspective from “suck it up buttercup” to “I can work through this” by deliberately initiating strategic choices and coping skills.
Participants will:
Whos is this for?
