______________________________________________________________________________________With some background information about acquired brain injury and it's prevalence across sectors as the highest population of those who 'fall through the cracks', join us in a robust discussion about some of the fears, concerns and anxieties about supporting clients with a suspected brain injury and become more effective in your working relationship. Learn how to reassess goal setting, establish gentle reminders, and talk through various ways to support someone who's lack of insight may distort their ability to have 'realistic' or appropriate goals.

Any health or helping professinal or educator with some existing background with trauma - shelter and housing support workers, O.W. , ODSP, Children's Aid workers, therapists, counselors, correctional and probation officers, professors and students, EAP professionals, all hospital staff, youth, seniors.
