About The Evening.
Opening with a new creative dance piece about connection and loss, Gabor Maté will speak using his own experience with generational trauma to talk about understanding and working with it in the family context. He will talk about the importance of connection to self as a key element in these issues and general health.
An exciting learning event for all professionals and anyone concerned with healthy family.
There will be appetizers available as well as a cash bar.
About the CAST Projects:
Mission: To Reduce Suffering and Improve Quality of Life
Vision: A community with less suffering due to the increased awareness of the impact (emotional, physical, spiritual, psychological) of traumatic stress and improved access to trauma informed resources and services.
The CAST Projects has goals that are two fold, we aim to take on build projects to address system level change around trauma awareness and help embed these ideas by engaging organizations and individuals in a healthier way.
