Oakcliff One-Day Clinic, April 10: The Oakcliff Qualifier Clinegatta is unique in that the Oakcliff Sailing Center is providing one day of expert instruction and intensive training. The opportunity to train and race in the Swedish Match 40s, with organized drills, immediate feedback and video debrief sessions following the training will raise the level of the racing immensely. Often teams are peaking just as the Round Robins are ending. In this event, teams will be ready to go in Race 1, and will only get stronger from there. Don't miss this opportunity to fine-tune your game. Individuals who register independantly from a team entered in the ABC Qualifiers will be placed with teams as space allows. (Cost is $75 per person for those registering for clinic only.

The coach for this Clinegatta will be Chris Poole who is currently the 25th ranked match race skipper in the world and second ranked in the USA. He intends to focus on boat handling, crew organization and boat speed. Chris is well known for his insightful and informative commentary at high level match race events. This will be his second time teaching a clinic at Oakcliff and he is looking forward to working with everyone.
