This is a 6 week running course that will meet every Monday and Thursday night at 7pm for one hour at Faction Strength and Conditioning. You'll learn proper running technique that will help you run better, faster and injury free. You will learn and perform new running drills and workouts in each session. Whether you are already an experienced runner or haven't ran much at all this class will help you become better. This course is designed for runners of all skill levels and experience.
It is not a necessity, but is recommended that you purchase the
