The core of her experience has revolved around small and large group facilitation, training, teaching and one-on-one coaching and building interpersonal relationships.

Sandy's passion is about working with people to transition them from one life phase, stage or segment of life to the next; including job growth, retirement next steps, personal and professional improvement, and goal attainment. 

Coaching and training are customized to facilitate developing skills and accomplishing goals with an inside-outside approach for each person; in other words, getting the client or participant from where they are now to where they want to be.
