What 2 Things Slow You Down and Never Seem to Get any Easier???

Try... Insurance and Contracts!
This particular topic has been a requested subject from our members so many times we decided to offer the education at our dinner meetings as a 2 part series; Insurance and Contracts. The second session will also put a nice bow on how the two can, and should, work much smoother together.  We will cover the first piece, "Insurance," at our next dinner meeting, March 15th.

"What do you need to know about Insurance"

  • Understanding your Subcontract Agreement
  • Insurance Requirement and Compliance with Subcontract Agreements
  • Indemnity Clauses
  • OCIP & CCIP
  • Claims

Lance Olson from Olson & Olson, right here in Colorado will be presenting that evening.

It seems like I've been around insurance my whole life!  I graduated from the University of Colorado -Denver with a B.S. in Finance.  Our business focused on construction-related commercial business.  I have become something of an expert in Liability, WRAPs, and Builders' Risk.  I enjoy working on that as well as contract insurance requirement language.  I joined forces with my brother to create Olson & Olson Ltd a few years ago and we have been fortunate to grow our business to include many sub-contractors, engineers, architects, janitorial services, oil and gas, and pipeline businesses, as well as property and development companies.

Lance is a cut-to-chase, professional, who has a down to earth and engaging presentation style - RIGHT UP OUR ALLEY! We hope you can join us!
