So, you want other people to work well together?

Getting people to work well together is a challenge. No matter the role you play on a team, in an organization, or for a community, getting others to do what you want can feel like working with a bunch of chickens or cats. Try to get chickens to move calmly in a particular direction and they will scatter frantically before you (and behind), going every which way including up. Try to focus a cat on something uninteresting to it and you will be treated as beneath contempt. You may as well try to converse with a cabbage. Fortunately, getting people to work well together is a little easier then herding birds or focusing felines.
In this interactive presentation, you'll  learn ways you can get people
to work well together.
