There are some people who are just easy to work with, work for, or manage.  We find them easy to talk to, we understand the logic behind the decisions that they make, and we can predict their reactions to difficult situations and their reactions seem reasonable to us.  Then there are others who, well, aren’t as easy to work with.  Maybe they lack attention to detail or are concerned about details that don’t really matter.  Perhaps they bark orders and expect others to quickly comply, or they try too hard to please everyone.  This eye opening presentation will look at personality diversity and how to work with people with more harmony and better results!

 

Speaker: Robin Elston, President, Elston Consulting

With degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business, Robin Elston spent her first fifteen years after college working in engineering, manufacturing, and human resource management in a Fortune 50 Company.  

 In 2001 she left a great job to follow her passion and started Elston Consulting.  She has since worked with hundreds of organizations to resolve issues and improve productivity and results across the US, and in Europe and South America.

She has a unique ability to use humorous relatable examples, many of them coming from living with Steve, her husband of 20+ years and their five children.
