2021 IL Conference Annual Celebration

WELCOME to the 2021 IL Conference Annual Celebration. This year’s Annual Celebration will be a little different! The completely virtual format, held from November 16 – 20, will offer inspiring worship services and learning opportunities as well as sessions for conducting the business of our Conference.

The registration and fee structure for this year’s Annual Celebration is also different. Registrations are to be completed by churches. The fee is $100 per church for as many members that would like to participate. This cost covers all voting members and visitors for the full duration of the conference. 

IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE REGISTERING:
ALL VOTING MEMBERS (including lay delegates AND all authorized ministers) MUST BE included in the church's registration form under the "Voting Members Information" section.  Please list all authorized ministers that will be participating from your church. This includes ordained, licensed, commissioned, and retired ministers with UCC standing. NOTE: If one of your voting members is the person filling out the registration form, they also need to be added in the"Voting Members Information" section of the form. 

Each church is allowed: 
- ONE ADULT lay delegate 
- ONE YOUTH lay delegate (age 14-22)
Churches with 800+ members are allowed a second adult and second youth delegate.

Information needed to access the business meetings will be shared directly with all registered voting members, so please make sure to include everyone. Anyone attending as a visitor is not required to register, with the exception of the two book discussions and the two-day workshop with Rev. Dr. Velda Love - more information to follow.

PLEASE NOTE: Your registration is not complete until payment has been received.
There are two ways to pay:

1. Pay by check. Send a check payable to the Illinois Conference to: 1840 Westchester Blvd., Suite 200, Westchester, IL 60154. Attn: Annual Celebration
2. Pay online by credit card/ACH payment. You can make your payment through our online donation webpage. Please credit your $100 payment to the "Annual Celebration Registration" option at the bottom of the form.

The Planning Committee continues to finalize plans for this year's event.  Throughout the week there will be different ways for participants to connect. Each morning will begin with a devotional time to set our intention for the day. Afternoons will offer learning opportunities and evenings will have worship services, panel discussions and fellowship time.
