This presentation will include a point/counter-point discussion from the standpoint(s) of a GC, Subcontractor and Owner of various and problematic contract provisions frequently encountered in subcontracts and the construction industry.

Attendees should take away from the program a true and practical understanding and reasoning behind some of the provisions they encounter and learn which they may have ability to negotiate away or modify through negotiation and those a GC or Owner are not likely to accept changes to in the negotiation process.
