Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division Training: Confidentiality 

Content:  The purpose of this training is to investigate the laws pertaining to confidentiality, privacy, and privileged communication.  Participants will gain an understanding of the ethical implications to maintaining confidentiality.

Facilitator: Gigi N. Jones, MSCP, CSAC, has worked in the human services field for fifteen years.  She has facilitated psycho-education for individual and group counseling services with the focus on substance abuse and recovery.

Target Audience: Certified Substance Abuse Counselors (CSAC), and applicants; those with other ADAD professional credentials; and anyone involved in the human services field.
