Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division Training: Becoming an Exceptional Counselor 

Content: The purpose of this training concentrates on refining and polishing your counseling skills. In addition, to refine your active listen skills  and improved feedback skills to generate an overall better outcome. Participants will be encouraged to become more self-aware via critical thinking practices. 

Facilitator: Mike Taleff, Ph.D., CSAC; Dr Taleff, is national known educator and trainer in substance abuse and mental health services. He is an author and contributor to clinical magazines and research.

Target Audience: Certified Substance Abuse Counselors (CSAC)and applicants; those with other ADAD professional credentials; and anyone involved in the human services field.
