Southern Loss Association Fall 2018

Golf and Tennis Outing 

The Southern Loss Association Fall 2018 Golf and Tennis Outing will be held at Chateau Elan Golf Club on Thursday, October 25, 2018. It is recommended that golfers be at the Chateau Elan Golf Course at 10:00 am to allow time for registration.

Golf begins at 11:30 AM  -   Tennis begins at 1:00 PM  -   Dinner at 6:00 PM

Fees are as follows:

Golf & Dinner                       $125.00

Tennis & Dinner                   $65.00

Dinner Only (per person)   $45.00

Feel free to bring your spouse or another guest. Cocktails will be served from 5:00 PM until dinner begins at 6:00 PM. Awards and prizes will be presented immediately after dinner.

ATTENTION GOLFERS - Four (4) person scramble format will be used for the Spring Golf Tournament. If you want to make up your own team, please advise Susan Freeman when making your reservation.

REGISTRATION - Because space is limited, we strongly urge you to make your reservations online and as soon as possible.

IF MAILING YOUR REGISTRATION - PLEASE SEND IN REGISTRATION FORM AND RETURN IT WITH YOUR PAYMENT NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 5, 2018. Registration will only be accepted if accompanied by money. If you want a foursome, all must register together with money.
