Sponsor Information

HOLE SPONSORS:  Hole Sponsorships are available for $262.50 and $367.50.  $262.50 sponsorship will be just a sign at hole plus you will need to have provided a $100.00 prize for drawing.  If you have a company rep sitting at the hole the cost is $367.50 plus you will need to provide a $100.00 prize for drawing. The $367.50 does NOT include tent, table, and chairs.  If you are interested in having a tent, table, and chairs at your hole because contact Elizabeth at Chateau Elan to arrange.  Her phone number is 678-425-6019. All Hole Sponsors are responsible for bringing a prize valued at $100 for the raffle. 

Chateau Élan does NOT allow any type of liquor beverages to be served at the hole. If you choose to provide non-alcoholic and/or beer beverages for the event, there is an additional $100 charge per sponsored hole for this privilege.  You must provide a separate check made payable to Chateau Élan. 

There will be Two Sponsored Beverage Carts with beer, water and soft drinks on each course during the tournament provided by Chateau Élan.  If you would like Chateau Élan to provide non-alcoholic beverages, beer and ice for your hole, please make arrangements with Elizabeth at 678-425-6019 at least two weeks prior to the event. 

NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED ON GOLF COURSE!

BEVERAGE CART SPONSORS:  Beverage Cart Sponsorships are available.  Cart Sponsors are responsible for paying the tab of their cart.  Minimum charge is $750.00.  A club employee is required to drive the beverage cart, but a rep or two from your company can follow in a separate cart.  You may bring a company sign to tie onto the front of the cart for recognition. 

HOLE SPONSORSHIPS, MULLIGAN AND PUTTING CONTEST SPONSORSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE. IF INTERESTED IN ANOTHER SPONSORSHIP, PLEASE CALL SUSAN FREEMAN TO RESERVE.

**Dinner is not included in your sponsorship.  Dinner tickets can be purchased for an additional $45.00 per person.  You may also reserve two boxed lunches for each sponsorship.**
