Spring 2012 Colloquial Egyptian and Levantine Arabic 

This level is best suited for students who have a strong grasp of Arabic vocabulary and grammar. Students will build on their knowledge to develop strong conversation skills in the Egyptian and Levantine dialect. Student will be challenged to converse with their class- mates and will be exposed to daily life conversations. This class will focus on both the Egyptain and Levant dialect, which is spoken in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Palestine.  

Prior knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic is highly recommended. 

Time: Saturdays, 2pm-3:30pm, 4/21-5/26
