25th Annual Day of Caring: September 14, 2016

On Wednesday, September 14, 2016, employees of companies throughout New Hampshire will volunteer at non-profit organizations in their communities through their local United Way's Day of Caring. Volunteers will paint and clean up facilities, read to children, deliver meals to homebound elderly, and perform a variety of other services that the agencies often cannot complete due to lack of resources. As a business that supports United Way of Greater Nashua, your company is participating in our 25th Annual Day of Caring, which promises to be a memorable and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

Agenda for the Day of Caring:

Volunteers will meet up at St. Philip Greek Orthodox Church, 500 W. Hollis St., Nashua, NH 03062 at 7 AM for a kickoff tailgate breakfast and then depart around 8:15 to their respective work sites. T-shirts and water bottles will be distributed at the breakfast.

1. Volunteer Breakfast at St. Philip Greek           7:00-8:15 AM

2. Volunteers arrive at agency project sites         8:30 AM (double-check job report for starting time)

3. Work at agencies                                             8:40 AM -  4 PM (with break for lunch; ending time varies)
