Free Mock Test Saturday, Apr 29th 

Greetings!

CATES is happy to announce that we will be holding a Mock Test!  Due to current space constraints, the number of students taking the test will be limited--the deadline for registration is 5pm two days before the test.

The Mock Test is a free experience open to any student taking a standardized test who wishes to improve his or her mental focus & test-taking stamina under real testing conditions. The exams are taken in a simulated testing center and are administered by a proctor. Students have the opportunity to take their exams in the company of other students, under the actual timing and corresponding break schedule of the real exams.

Logistics:

Meet the proctor at the test site ten minutes before the start of the test.

For the test you will need two pencils and a calculator; you will be provided with short breaks, we highly recommend bringing a snack as well as something to drink.

Following the test, please give your answer sheets and tests back to the proctor, who will then grade the test and report back to the student. An email will be sent providing a statistical breakdown of your performance and a brief analysis of how to best prepare before your actual exam.

PLEASE NOTE:

CATES is pleased to offer a one-time free simulated testing experience of a test of their choice (valued at CHF 100) for all students. CATES provides free a diagnostic score report within 48 hours of the test, and if the student chooses to discuss the test further, we are happy to connect them with a highly qualified CATES tutor. Beyond the first free test, we offer simulated mock tests and score reports at a rate of CHF 100 per test. Additionally, we offer a mock test review package for CHF 250, which includes a simulated test experience and a post-test in-depth review with a CATES tutor.

Students who reserve a spot but do not show up on test date with be assessed a charge of CHF 25, to be applied to their monthly invoice. Non-clients will be charged CHF 25 for the next mock test they take. Once the fee has been paid, no further charges will be assessed.
