The 2016 KOA Spring Conference will be April 29-30 at the Hyatt Hotel in Lexington, KY. The KOA is offering 12 hours of continuing education for Paras/Opticians/Staff. There will be an exhibit hall during the meeting. Food functions are included in the registration price.

Contact lenses can be an integral part of the eye care practice. This course is designed to help the course attendee gain confidence is working with the soft contact lenses. Understanding how the prescription will look in the eyewear is an important skill for the optician. The patient relies on your guidance for the best options. What difference will astigmatism make? We will look at how the numbers in the written prescription will look in the final product and help you become the skilled optician that everyone wants to see.
