Anger unchecked can be such a destructive force. Much has been written about anger control with little change in many peoples’ habits regarding their expression of anger. The ideas set out in this workshop are designed for helping clinicians assist clients with the prevention of bitterness and rage. It will also show therapists ways to provide important information about anger control and how to truly help clients make progress in this area of their lives.

Attendees will:
• Express insight into the causes and effects of anger
• Recognize various challenges and obstacles to changing anger responses
