Expanding Client Horizons Openly is for those who are interested in using adult development ideas explicitly with clients.

In the Conversations at the Growing Edge workshop, we deepened our understanding of adult development theories and practice to take us to a new way of listening more deeply and asking different questions in our coaching. 

The ECHO workshop moves from the practice of exploring your client’s Growth Edge to actually having conversations with your clients about their growing edges and whether and how to move into a new place. In this intimate workshop (15 maximum) you’ll practice conducting full Growth Edge interviews and have an explicit discussion with your client about adult development concepts, the developmental journey, and the clients’ current sensemaking, paying attention to their center of gravity and their possible new horizons. We will share a model feedback report you can use with your own clients.

Logistics

The workshop will start and finish at the following times:

Day 1 8.30am - 5.30pm

Day 2 8.00am - 5.30pm

Day 3 8.30am - 4pm

Pre work: We will email your pre work to you 3-4 weeks prior to the workshop.

 

 

Registration Fee

Once you have registered we will send you an invoice for payment via Paypal for $US2600.

Cancellation Policy

Please also note our cancellation policy is as follows:  Payment is fully refundable up to 28 days before the start of the workshop, less a 10% processing fee; it is not refundable thereafter.  If the course is under-enrolled, we reserve the right to cancel 28 days prior to the event, and refund your registration fee in full.
