Psychologically Spacious Coaching supports coaches who want to use Growth Edge principles and practices implicitly in their coaching.

In this workshop, we create and practice new ways of using developmental ideas throughout a coaching engagement. This allows you to ask better questions and support your clients in new ways without actually conducting a complete Growth Edge Interview or preparing a formal report. We explore ways you can weave Growth Edge ideas throughout your conversations with clients to find the subject/object distinctions in the way clients experience particular dilemmas. Then we use that new information to help expand the solution space for our clients.  

This module will include discussion and practice of specific coaching approaches that might be helpful with clients who seem to be in particular developmental transitions. 

Logistics

The workshop will start and finish at the following times:

Day 1: 9am to 5.30pm

Day 2: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Day 3: 8am to 4pm

Pre work: We will email your pre work to you 3-4 weeks prior to the workshop.

Registration Fee

Once you have registered we will send you an invoice for payment via Paypal for $US2600.

Cancellation Policy

Please also note our cancellation policy is as follows:  Payment is fully refundable up to 28 days before the start of the workshop, less a 10% processing fee; it is not refundable thereafter.  If the course is under-enrolled, we reserve the right to cancel 28 days prior to the event, and refund your registration fee in full.
