VOICES® Multi-Rater Certification Workshop

Certification in a Key Tool to Develop Top Talent

People need accurate, timely and actionable 360° feedback.  The VOICES® Feedback System paired with the experience-tested, research-based Leadership Architect® development solutions provides organizations the powerful tools they need to create effective leadership develop programs.  This two-day workshop will prepare you to manage the entire multi-rater feedback process within your organization.

Workshop Objectives

  • Review best practices for 360 feedback
  • Experience VOICES® Feedback System yourself to solidify your learning and come away with your own Development Plan
  • Learn to administer the process and when/ how to adapt the core process
  • Learn to analyze the reports for key messages from each rater group
  • Learn how to prepare for the feedback session
  • Practice giving feedback as well as guiding the Learner to initiate a development plan
  • Review implementations for different uses of the experience
  • Bonus:  Learn to use the latest Lominger Development Guide:  the FYI for Insight

Workshop Prerequisites

Workshop Details

  • Registration for this workshop must occur no later than 6 weeks in advance, by March 4th, in order for you to complete your own 360 experience.   Raters lists consisting of 7 to 15 names, locations and emails must accompany registration.
  • Each participant will have a one-hour confidential session, receiving your own VOICES feedback and guidance on a Personal Development Plan, to be scheduled around the workshop.

 Instructor:  Jane Schenck, Catalyst Systems Master Associate, Lominger Limited

As a Lominger Limited, Inc. Master Associate since 1992, Jane has assisted numerous organizations in the implementation of the Leadership Architect® Suite of competency based processes and products.  Her work ranges from integrating one tool/practice, to re-engineering a range of HR processes, to implementing an integrated, competency based system that is aligned with corporate strategies.  Jane has twenty five years experience in HRD consulting roles. She is managing owner of Catalyst Consulting, a company providing services in Executive, Management, Team, and Individual development as well as competency-based HRD practices.  She specializes in Executive Coaching and in high potential identification and development.  Jane has conducted and published two major research projects: “State of the 360 Market” study for the Center for Creative Leadership, and, “Competencies of an Exemplary Facilitator” for the Association for Quality & Participation (AQP).

Registration and Material Fee

$2000 for the two-day workshop.  The full fee is due upon registration.  The second or more participants from same organization pay $1800 each.

Note:  These fees represent a considerable discount compared to the typical Lominger certifications plus do not require travel, lodging and food to attend the sessions.

  • Participation in a personal 360 feedback and development planning process
  • A copy of FYI for Insight
  • A participant binder with sample reports
  • Refreshments and lunch
