Auction Contest Rules
- Contestants will be judged according to the CSAA scorecard.
- Order of contestants will be established on site. Please refer to schedule prior to competition.
- All contestants must bring three (3) desirable items to be auctioned off.
- Attire is at the discretion of the contestants.
Contest Fees: $50.00 per entry (Register Online Now)
- Bid Calling Champion first prize is $300
- Bid Calling Rookie first prize is $100
- Ringmen Champion first prize is $100
Marketing Contest Rules
- Each entry must be accompanied by an official entry form with the entry category clearly labeled. Entry forms will be available onsite at convention.
- Two copies must be submitted for each entry. One copy will be used for judging and kept by CSAA and one copy will be displayed at the convention
- Entries must be in promotion of auctions occurring between November 1, 2012 and October 1, 2013.
- Each advertisement for a specific auction must include information regarding the auction’s success, specifically a brief notation of how the advertising was used.
- Web based content will be judged live as shown on computer. You must submit and entry form to enter your web based content.
- Fees will be paid at time of entry onsite at the convention. Please have one entry form completed for each item.
Contest Fees: $10 per entry

- Print Brochure/Flyer for Individual Auction
- Non-Print for Individual Auction
- Auction Firm or Institutional Promotion Portfolio: Website / Letterhead / Business Card
