Auction Contest Rules

1. Contestants will be judged according to the CSAA scorecard.
2. Order of contestants will be established on site. Please refer to schedule prior to competition.
3. All contestants must bring three (3) desirable items to be auctioned off.
4. Attire is at the discretion of the contestants.

Contest Fees: $50.00 per entry (Register Online Now)

• Bid Calling Champion first prize is $300
• Bid Calling Rookie first prize is $100
• Ringmen Champion first prize is $100

Marketing Contest Rules

1. Each entry must be accompanied by an official entry form with the entry category clearly labeled. Entry forms will be available onsite at convention.
2. Two copies must be submitted for each entry. One copy will be used for judging and kept by CSAA and one copy will be displayed at the convention
3. Entries must be in promotion of auctions occurring between November 1, 2012 and October 1, 2013.
4. Each advertisement for a specific auction must include information regarding the auction’s success, specifically a brief notation of how the advertising was used.
5. Web based content will be judged live as shown on computer.  You must submit and entry form to enter your web based content.
6. Fees will be paid at time of entry onsite at the convention. Please have one entry form completed for each item.
