The presentation will be given by Heath Wintz, P.E., who is a lead environmental engineer at Stantec, Inc. Heath has focused on utility projects throughout Palm Beach, Martin and Dade Counties. Mr. Wintz has designed and constructed processes for the treatment and disinfection of potable water, wastewater and reclaimed water.
