TOPIC:  Please join us as speaker, Barbara DeBerry, offers a CE course designed to inform member professionals on the importance of long term care and changes in the long term care industry.  Barbara will address the three main factors affecting long term care:  longer life expectancy, changes in the family demographic, and the changing costs associated with long term care.  This course will help financial professionals assist their clients with long term care planning strategies and implementation of those strategies.

SPEAKER: Barbara W. DeBerry, CLU, ChFC, CFP, CASL, CLTC is a financial advisor and long term care specialist with Northwestern Mutual in Durham, North Carolina. Barbara’s practice focuses on protecting and connecting the family relationships, financial security and legacies of her clients through long term care planning.  Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual in 1996, she worked for 11 years in the banking industry as a commercial lender and private banking manager.  Barbara is passionate about long term care planning and its integration into a holistic financial plan.   

COST:  Courses are FREE to members!  Guests are free for the first visit if they are eligible for membership.  There is a fee of $35 for breakfast and CE if it is the second visit.
