2014-15 Men's Basketball Season Parking Pass Request Form 

All Men’s Basketball season ticket holders who are members of the Sycamore Athletic Fund’s Varsity Club receive exclusive parking benefits for the 2014-2015 season. Season parking pass benefits are based on membership levels for the current fiscal year ( July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015.) Parking allocations are based on current priority point totals as of October 1, 2014.

Varsity Club donors must request their preferred parking location by Wednesday, October 1, 2014. If preferred parking requests are not received by the deadline, donors will be allocated a best available parking permit. There are no guarantees as to location, and all lots are assigned depending on availability. Please submit all requests and payment (if applicable) by returning this form with your Varsity Club donation and/or Men’s Basketball season ticket renewal form.
