Bruce has been a leading practitioner in the areas of residential and commercial landlord tenant law, and has regularly lectured on the subject for the past 20 years. Mr. Gudin also practices and lectures on other real estate, leasing and related issues. He is currently the author of the revisions to The Guide to Landlord Tenant and Related Actions in the Superior Court of New Jersey, originally authored by the Honorable Mahlon L. Fast, J.S.C. This publication is the leading Landlord Tenant law treatise relied upon by both practitioners and the judges who hear landlord tenant cases across the State. Recently, he has been actively engaged with the New Jersey Law Revision Commission in updating and revising proposed new eviction laws, rules and procedures.
