Dallas Mayor Rawlings to speak at BSW Partnership’s luncheon. As part of the program, Mayor Rawlings will be joined by UNT Dallas President Bob Mong to discuss healthcare and mental health, as well as a planned clinic to be built near UNT Dallas. Plans call for the clinic to be community-based - providing primary, mental and behavioral healthcare.
