Navigating the Transition to College

Focus on special education and 504 accommodations in high school, reasonable accommodations mandated by federal civil rights law, and the college search and admissions process for students with learning disabilities. We will discuss the changing role of parents and the responsibilities of students as independent learners and self-advocates.
