An Evening for Moms with ADHD:
Small Steps Toward a More Peaceful Home

When both parent and child have ADHD, the level of stress in the home is compounded. The degree of organization that is required can be overwhelming. Lisa K. Woodruff, author of "How ADHD Affects Home Organization," will join us on May 16 to share her insights about how organization is a skill that can be learned. Come and learn about how ADHD is different in women, strategies for taking care of yourself and some tips on organization to promote a peaceful home environment.
The program will be held in the Springer School Library.
