Introduction to the
Path of Mindful Self-Compassion
Join us for a 2 hour introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion. We will explore the science behind MSC and the benefits people who follow this path experience. We will also introduce you to the 8 week training in Mindful Self-Compassion and teach you one of our favorite MSC meditations. ISH is offering CEU's for 2 hours, all for free!
