Please be our guest on Saturday January 19th, at MissFIT's 2nd annual Revive and Renew Healthy Body Retreat - The MindFUL Movement into 2013. Join us for a morning full of inspiration and motivation as we take you on a journey towards living a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Kick off your New Year right and spend the morning with the MissFIT team learning new ways to think about fitness and nutrition.

Itinerary:

• 7:30 - 8:30 Registration
• 8:30 - 9:00 Welcome & Inspirational Introduction by MissFIT owner, Katie Oldham
• 9:00 - 10:00 Fitness Class by certified instructors Danielle and Maryanna:  Enjoy 2 - 25 min. workouts which will leave you energized and refreshed.  Your workout includes; cardio, strength and Yoga. (Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one - we have a few extras to share and Unique Fitness will have some available for purchase). Water and a sample of one of MissFIT's Healthy Snacks will be served after the workout (hint, the recipe is in the MissFIT Cookbook)
• 10:00 - 10:30 Fitness Talk by Bette Plass:  Sustainable Fitness - Your journey of fitness through the ages.
• 10:30 - 11:15 Mix & Mingle with MissFIT's Healthy Business Partners
• 11:15 - 11:45 Nutrition Talk by Becky Nowak:  Sustainable Nutrition - From nature to nurture - A mindful approach to choosing food.
• 11:45 - 12:30 Fueling MissFIT:  Healthy Luncheon prepared by the White Deer Run Chef
• 12:00 - 12:30 Thank you and raffle prize announcements
