This is one of Gardner Square Two's biggest events. For 2 days, during specified hours, Downtown Gardner is converted to a street fair featuring community exhibits and demonstrations, performing artists, kid’s games, and more. Local shops, organizations, and vendors display and sell wares on the sidewalks.

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED: A late fee of $50 applies for registration after the deadline of July 14, 2017 Registration closes and all registrations are final as of July 21, 2017.

REGISTER NOW FOR 2 FESTIVALS AND SAVE ON FEES: You can register for both the Experience Gardner Festival & Sidewalk Sale, August 4 & 5, 2017 and our Fabulous Fall Festival, September 30, 2017, now and save $25! On the registration page, just select "Vendor for Experience Gardner AND Fabulous Fall Festival."

CHINESE AUCTION: All vendors are required to donate an item to the Chinese Auction. Auction items can be dropped off at the Auction site, John Sport Shop, 38 Main Street, by 9:00 a.m. on Friday, August 4, 2017

SPONSORS: Square Two members, other businesses, and organizations are encouraged to become an event sponsor to help offset event costs and to help pay for quality, family entertainment. Please contact the event coordinator at gardnersquare2@yahoo.com.

SQUARE TWO MEMBERS whose businesses are located outside the Downtown perimeter are required to register. One space is provided for free to SQUARE TWO MEMBERS in good standing, whose DUES ARE PAID IN FULL. If two spaces are required, there is a charge for the second space. If you are bringing in a vehicle, you are required to register and pay for an additional space

VENDOR FORMS AND INFORMATION

  • HAWKER/PEDDLER LICENSE REQUIRED: ALL VENDORS, including non-profits, must apply for the Gardner Police Department's Hawker/Peddler License. There is a fee to be paid to the City of Gardner and submitted with the form. The Police Department has the right to waive the fee for non-profit organizations if they so choose. Please submit your Hawker/Peddler License Application to the Police Department right away. It takes up to 2 weeks to process the paperwork. No last minute licenses will be granted. Any vendor without a license will not be permitted to participate. The license is good for one year. So you will not have to get a second one if you also participate in the Fabulous Fall Festival.

  • FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS are required to apply for the Gardner Board of Health Temporary Food Licence.  There is a fee to be paid to the City of Gardner and submitted with the form. Even if you are giving away the food and/or beverages, you must get the license. Please submit your Temporary Food License Application to the Board of Health right away. It takes up to 2 weeks to process the paperwork. No last minute licenses will be given. Any vendor without a license will not be permitted to participate. DOWNLOAD BOARD OF HEALTH FORM HERE.
     
  • RAFFLE PERMITS. Any organization that is conducting a raffle must apply for the City of Gardner Raffle Permit. DOWNLOAD RAFFLE PERMIT HERE.
     
  • SPACE SIZE: One vendor space is about the size of one parking space and will accommodate one 10 x 10 pop-up tent. If you need more space or are bringing in a vehicle as part of your vendor space, you are required to register and pay for a double space.
     
  • CLICK ON "REGISTER NOW" below to complete the Festival Pre-registration form. Please note that we accept only one vendor per franchise or home party business (i.e. Scentsy, Avon, etc.) on a first-paid-first-served basis. Until payment is received we cannot reserve a space for you. If you are bringing in a vehicle as part of your vendor space, you are required to register and pay for a double space.
