75th Experience Gardner Festival & Sidewalk Sale: Vendor Registration

This is one of Gardner Square Two's biggest events. For 2 days, during specified hours, Downtown Gardner is converted to a street fair featuring community exhibits and demonstrations, performing artists, kid’s games, and more. Local shops, organizations, and vendors display and sell wares on the sidewalks.

Vendor pre-registration is required. Before you click "Register Now," PLEASE SCROLL DOWN to download OTHER FORMS that may be required by the City of Gardner.

Before you register: A MUST READ FOR ALL MEMBERS, VENDORS, ENTERTAINERS

ENTERTAINERS DO NOT complete the Vendor Registration form. Please scroll down to see instructions under Performing Artists and Entertainers.

  • Vendors please click on Register Now above to complete the required form. Please note that we accept only one vendor per franchise or home party business (i.e. Scentsy, Avon, etc.) on a first-paid-first-served basis. Until payment is received we cannot reserve a space for you. If you are bringing in a vehicle, you are required to register and pay for a double space.
  • Square Two Members whose businesses are located outside the Downtown perimeter are required to register. One space is provided for free to SQUARE TWO MEMBERS in good standing, whose DUES ARE PAID IN FULL. If two spaces are required, there is a charge for the second space. If you are bringing in a vehicle, you are required to register and pay for a second space. Please see the registration form. Click on Register Now above.
  • Additional Forms and Fees: In addition to Square Two's event registration form, the City of Gardner requires the following forms to be completed. The City forms may additional fees. Please send the City forms and payments to the City of Gardner departments as per directions on those forms. The City requires a minimum of 10 days to process your forms. Please register early. 
    1. All Vendors must apply for the Gardner Police Department's Hawker/Peddler License
    2.  Food and Beverage Vendors - whether selling or giving out samples - must complete the Gardner Board of Health Temporary Food License Application.
    3. Vendors Conduction Raffles must apply for a City of Gardner Department Raffle Permit
