 Introduction to Living Compassion:

The Embodied Spirituality of NVC
 with Robert Gonzales, PhD
March 7 - 9, 2014 near Portland, Oregon

Join Robert Gonzales for a three-day exploration of Living Compassion. This work points  towards the spiritual dimensions of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). It has both a deeply inner, transformative aspect and an intensely practical, in-the-world application.

The focus of this workshop is to establish and cultivate an embodied consciousness of self-compassion and compassionate communication. The workshop will include:

o      Practices to deepen self-compassion and unconditional  self-acceptance.

o      Cultivating our connection to the deepest longings of our heart

and how they are key to living the fullness of life.

o      Living and communicating from fullness, rather than deficiency.

As we deepen into self-compassion and the work of inner transformation occurs, we become more aware of blockages that keep us from acting in integrity with our deepest values. The work of Living Compassion provides an elegant map to transform these blockages into authentic, compassionate communication with others.

This workshop is open to anyone.  No prior experience with NVC is necessary.

Join Robert for a weekend of exploration and learning that leads to deeper clarity, compassion and empowerment.
