2018 PBS Aristo Workshops

Join us for the 2018 PBS Aristo Workshops on February 21 and 22 in Mississauaga, ON, Canada.

Sessions will encompass Aristo Accounting, Parts, Service, and Sales; providing users with in-depth training, focusing on increasing efficiency and profits. We will work with you to get the most from your investment with PBS. Presenters will give a comprehensive overview on Aristo software with ample time to address your specific questions. 

Coffee and lunch will be provided.

These workshops are personal, allowing for better information and idea sharing. Space is limited to the first 30 attendees per session. Please register as soon as possible.

Here are some of the topics we will be covering: 

Sales: February 21 

  • Let’s dive into optimizing your Workplan with Guides, Utilities and Reporting. There is a number of features built into the software to help your team save time, maximize opportunities and sell more cars!
  • Sometimes you need data insights to improve performance. Learn how to enhance Business Office productivity with features that can benefit F&I Managers and report on opportunities to increase sales gross.
  • Explore advanced features like Prospecting and Opportunity Gauges. From selling to new customers to mining your existing database, Aristo can help you get the most out of your sales team and sales opportunities. 

Service: February 21

  • Understand how to assist your staff in booking the shop through Recommended Services, Shop Load and more.
  • Learn how to apply features such as the Dispatch Manager to help take care of the work in the shop.
  • Is your team as productive as you need them to be? Review how Operations Gauges and Service Reports can help determine the productivity of the team.

Accounting: February 22

  • Are your set-ups working for you or against you? Learn how to get your system administration running efficiently through Time Clock and Employee Permissions.
  • We’ll walk through the day-to-day flow of cash at the dealership and how to effectively manage it in Aristo.
  • What areas of the Parts, Service and Sales departments are impacting your ability to process daily tasks? Let's review and find out where you can improve productivity. 

Parts: February 22

  • Let’s review what Aristo offers for quoting and billing parts, as well as best practices for managing this interaction.
  • Learn the ins and outs of the Tech Request process. We will break down the process and discuss the tips and tricks in Aristo to help keep the Parts counter empty and the technicians happy.
  • Review what Aristo offers to help keep your inventory clean and current.
