Fall 2023 Field Trip Reservation Request Form

Thank you for choosing MDWFP's Mississippi Museum of Natural Science for your field Trip. Please read our guidelines then click the REGISTER NOW! button (on the left of the screen) to submit a field trip reservation request. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your request and then you will receive a second email confirming your reservation.

*School /Educational Group Rate - 10 or more students - $3.00 per student. Teacher/Aides: FREE with group. Bus Drivers: FREE with group. Chaperones: 1 FREE per 10 children. Additional adults regular admission applies: $8.00.

*Because of staffing and facility requirements, it is important to make your reservations at least two weeks in advance.  

*We will email you a reservation confirmation and you will be asked to present it at the front desk when you arrive.

*Punctuality is of the utmost importance. Please arrive at the museum 15 minutes prior to your program time. Groups arriving less than 30 minutes late for a scheduled program may be able to recieve a shortened vesion of the program. Groups more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their scheduled educational program.

*Adult chaperones are required for all groups. We require a minimum of one adult for every 10 students. Please make sure that students stay with chaperones at all times. Please respect Museum staff, property, and other visitors.

*Dragonfly Gift Shoppe -  We invite you and your students to shop; please remember only 10 chaperoned students will be allowed in the gift shop at a time.
